SBA Dashboard

The dashboard provides business owners with an overview of key metrics that measure various aspects of their company’s performance, including business readiness, action items, achievements, management competency, and industry management.


Navigation

When logging in to M3, Business Owners are automatically navigated to the SBA Dashboard view. If Business Owners ever leave the Dashboard view, they can navigate back to it by clicking the “Dashboard” navigation menu item in the navigation bar at the top right of their M3 panel.

Once clicked, the Business Owner will be navigated to the SBA Dashboard view.


Readiness Evalutation

The readiness evaluation is a scale that assesses the status of business readiness, identifying factors that contribute to or impede the company’s path to sustainable growth.


Action Items

Action items will appear after the business owner completes the business profile, assesses the business readiness, and reviews benchmarking details. Affiliates or the business owner can assign these action items.


Achievements

The achievements section displays the number of achievements reached by the business owner out of the total possible achievements that the company can attain.


Against the Average Graph

The against average graph shows business owners their overall readiness compared to competitors based on various factors such as:

  • State
  • Business type
  • Age of the company
  • Size of the company
  • Revenue

Management Competency Graph

The management competency graph measures key management skills essential for the success of the company in areas such as:

  • Technology management
  • Customer relations
  • Operations management
  • Employee relations
  • Financial management
  • supplier/partner relations
  • Business planning

Industry Metrics Graph

The industry metrics graph displays important factors relevant to clients and primes, including:

  • Enabling business tools
  • Safety plans
