Management Practices Report
The Management Practices Report provides a color-coded visualization of how well your customers perform in the seven management practice areas that M3 measures. Affiliates can use this report to analyze business readiness trends that materialize from a collection of results, sourced from the readiness tools that are completed by all of their customers. The 7 Management Practices that M3 measures are listed below:
- Customer Relations
- Employee Relations
- Supplier and Partner Relations
- Business Planning
- Financial Management
- Operations Management
- Technology Management
Navigation
Affiliates can navigate to the Management Practices Report view by taking a few steps. First, Affiliates should click the “Reports” navigation menu item in the navigation bar at the top right of their M3 panel.

Once clicked, the Affiliate will be navigated to the Reports view. Affiliates can then click the “Management Practices” item in the Reports menu.

Upon clicking the “Management Practices” item in the Reports menu, Affiliates will be navigated to the Management Practices Report view.
Business Readiness Trends Table
This table is color-coded to indicate the readiness level evaluated for each management practice measured by M3. Affiliates can refer to the color guide covered below in order to determine the readiness level of each company listed.

Readiness Maturity Level Definitions
The readiness maturity levels help affiliates assess the business readiness of companies. By examining these levels, affiliates can gauge the operational fitness of registered businesses that have completed assessments, helping to identify where businesses might benefit from supporting resources.

Management Category Definitions
The Management Category definitions provide a description of each management category listed in the chart. These descriptions aid analysts in understanding what is being measured with each category.
